Why is ventilation necessary?
In addition to being a legal requirement from the labor inspection authority, proper room ventilation contributes to a healthy working environment for employees.
Room ventilation removes dust, smoke, fumes, and gases, resulting in a much better indoor climate.
Our systems are ATEX-certified and also designed with high-efficiency filters that prevent the emission of hazardous particles into the surroundings.
By utilizing heat/energy from the exhaust through heat exchangers, operational costs are minimized and heat consumption is optimized.
Typical systems produced by NIM handle between 4,000-50,000 m3 of air.

NIM is a distributor of flexible arms for use in direct extraction. It is particularly suitable for extraction in connection with welding or similar activities.
Welding fume extraction can be delivered with or without frequency-controlled (demand-controlled) filter systems.

NIM manufactures its own point extraction systems, tailored to your needs.
Our point extraction systems are particularly suitable for removing dust particles during direct work, such as when using grinders.
Our point extraction systems come with a blast gate that cleans the filter using compressed air and collects the extracted grinding dust in a bucket that is easy to empty.
Our 5.5 kW point extractor is suitable for 2-3 people grinding simultaneously.
Our 7.5 kW point extractor is suitable for 3-5 people grinding simultaneously.
Our 13 kW point extractor is suitable for 5-10 people grinding simultaneously.
These systems can be delivered with or without a frequency converter for automatic regulation.
