Back then, we were purely an assembly company – but over the years we have grown, and today we have our own manufacturing workshop in Øse near Varde and act as the main contractor for some of the largest workshops in the both Denmark and Sweden.

In 2024, we underwent a generational change. Jens Kristian has passed the baton to his son-in-law, who now owns the majority of the company and leads its daily operations. His daughter Mathias Madsen, who today owns the majority of the company and leads the daily operations. The daughter Mia is now the Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for administration.
At the same time, Jens Kristian remains an important part of the operations and contributes with his many years of experience and know-how.

As a family-owned business, we take pride in delivering Danish-produced products of the highest quality. Our spray booths and ventilation systems are well-known and recognized in both Denmark and Sweden.
