We use our own installers for setup, ensuring an easy communication path for everyone. Should there be a need for assistance, or when the time approaches for service, we are always ready!
Our production already starts in the office, where our technical designer translates customers’ wishes and needs into professional drawings and illustrations.
We visualize and adapt together with our customer before production begins.
Throughout the process, we are also ready to assist with documentation and questions from, for example, municipality, fire authorities, or the Danish Working Environment Authority. We know the requirements – and ensure that our solutions meet them.
Once the drawing is finalized, we produce all components in our own workshop. Here, we combine modern equipment with solid craftsmanship experience to ensure a completed final product.
Afterwards, our own installers take over, ensuring that installation and assembly are carried out precisely, efficiently, and in accordance with the agreed design.

Systems are manufactured according to your production facilities. The systems are produced with high-quality filters, which can be easily replaced.
As part of the service at NIM, we offer all our customers an annual inspection of their systems. Here we ensure control and review according to our service reports, we replace common wear parts and filters.
Process & Collaboration
An efficient process begins with clarifying requirements: material, tolerances, surfaces, and assembly conditions. We review drawings/STEP or sketches and confirm the solution, lead time, and logistics. Before starting a series, we can produce a sample series for approval, ensuring fit and function are verified. During production, we handle the procurement of standard components and deliver a complete set – ready for assembly.
Sustainability and Energy
We prioritize efficient material use, correct filter area for ventilation parts, and products with long lifespans. When we install, we can also suggest energy improvements (e.g., frequency control, adjusted air volume, or better filter selection) that lower operating costs without compromising quality.
