NIM is the first and only company in Denmark to produce portable paint booths. The booths can be moved on flatbed trailers and have an installation period of just one day from delivery on site.
We call it a ‘Connect to Paint’ system.
Our small mobile booth is suitable for spot repair, ideal for painting smaller items such as loose parts, including from the automotive industry – bumpers, doors, mirrors, fenders, and minor ‘shopping cart dents’.

The spray booth / paint booth is equipped with fork pockets so it can be placed on the floor via a forklift, allowing you to spray items.
The booth is constructed like a traditional booth, with air supply in the ceiling and extraction in the floor.
Side cladding is an 80 mm panel with rock wool in between for insulation, machinery mounted on the side of this model, freely chosen whether it is the right or left side.
Additionally, it is equipped with our system that reduces VOC emissions, with a VOC meter in the machinery emitting 0%. At the same time, it is heated via electricity, making this booth 100% CO2 neutral and 0 emissions.
The control panel is equipped with a frequency converter to adjust the airflow continuously up and down in all phases.

Our large mobile booth is particularly suitable for painting larger items such as cars in the automotive industry but can be used for other industrial purposes.

Operation, documentation, and energy
Mobile cabins from NIM are delivered with a balancing report, component list, and instructions for self-monitoring (filter pressure, air volumes, and visual inspection). Fan selection and filter area are dimensioned to keep pressure drop and energy consumption low – without compromising quality. For materials that require it, we use ATEX components and help with documentation. The cabin can be connected to your BMS/PLC, so operating times and scenarios are controlled as needed.
Scalability and lifecycle
Needs change. Therefore, mobile cabins can be scaled up with extra sections, more powerful airflow, or new door/gate solutions. This reduces investment risk and makes the solution attractive for seasonal peaks or new products. When the cabin is moved, it can typically be operational again within a short time because installations are prepared in the modules. With a service agreement and filter sales from NIM, stable performance and low energy consumption are ensured throughout the entire lifespan of the cabin.
