At NIM, we specialize in constructing buildings with prefabricated sandwich panels.
Our panels are used for expanding existing buildings or new constructions where a strong, safe, and possibly fire-resistant structure is needed. By using our fire-approved panels, we can deliver a solution that both enhances safety and significantly reduces construction time.

Typisk 40–200 mm. U-værdi afhænger af tykkelse/kerne. Vi dimensionerer efter jeres energiramme og myndighedskrav.

Er panelerne brandgodkendte?

Ja. Vi leverer dokumentation på brandklasser, DoP/CE og montagevejledning – samt brandtætninger ved gennemføringer.

Kan I integrere døre, porte og vinduer?

Ja. Vi projekterer udskæringer og inddækninger, så tæthed, brand og isolering bevares.

Hvor hurtigt går montagen?

Panelbyg går hurtigt, da elementerne ankommer færdige. Tidsplan afhænger af areal, udskæringer og underkonstruktion.

Leverer I også service efter levering?

Ja. Vi udfører eftersyn, udskiftning af fuger/inddækninger og justeringer – samt reparation efter skader.

Project Process and Quality Assurance
A successful panel project begins with measurement and assessment of load, wind, span, and energy requirements. We develop material selection, panel thicknesses, and fastening plan for your steel structure. During installation, we ensure proper joints, seals, and flashings to make the building air and vapor-tight. Upon completion, we provide documentation: DoP/CE, structural analysis, installation instructions, and any fire and sealing details.
If the building needs to be expanded later, panel construction can be easily extended, and new cutouts can be made without major interventions. Over time, the panels require minimal maintenance—typically visual inspection of seals and flashings along with gentle cleaning. We also offer service visits for sealing, repair after collisions, or updating flashings. The result is a fast, attractive, and energy-efficient solution with long service life.
