Carbucks ApS – 0 Emission CO2-Neutral Spray Booths

NIM Speed Repair Box is a 100% 0 emission and CO2 neutral spray booth!

We are the first in Denmark to develop and produce these approved zero emission and CO2 neutral spray booths for Carbucks in Skovlunde, Tilst, and Kolding, Ishøj, as double booths.

The green spray booths of the future from Nordenskov Industri Montage are manufactured with:

– Air-to-water heat pumps for heating
– IRT system for drying paints
– Energy-efficient EC fans
– PLC control
– Zone-divided ventilation in the booth
– Heat recovery of up to 85%.
– Emissions are managed through a self-produced filter solution followed by a bag filter with a VOC meter.

In addition to the spray booths, Nordenskov Industri Montage has acted as the main contractor on several sites and delivered outdoor cladding with sandwich panels, a welfare department with mixing room, changing facilities, and waiting area for customers.
